Flag Ceremony at MA Putri PUI Majalengka: A Tradition of Respect and Unity

Majalengka, July 27, 2026 – MA Putri PUI Majalengka successfully held its weekly Monday Flag Ceremony on Monday, July 27, 2026, with the HIJAR PUI Student Board serving as the ceremony officers. The event was conducted in a disciplined and respectful atmosphere, reflecting the school's commitment to nurturing character, leadership, and national values among its students.

One of the highlights of this week's ceremony was that all ceremony officers carried out their duties entirely in English. From the commands to the announcements, the use of English demonstrated the students' confidence, language proficiency, and dedication to improving their communication skills while maintaining the solemnity of the national ceremony.

The ceremony was led by Mr. Asep Dian Darmadi, S.Pd., who served as the ceremony inspector. In his address, he emphasized the importance of musyawarah (deliberation) as a fundamental value in solving problems and making collective decisions. He encouraged all students to uphold unity and harmony within the madrasah community by respecting one another and working together for the common good.

Mr. Asep also reminded students to take care of their health during the current dry season. He advised everyone to drink enough water, maintain a healthy lifestyle, and stay physically fit to support their learning activities.

In addition, he encouraged all members of the madrasah community to preserve the spirit of gotong royong (mutual cooperation), which has long been a cherished cultural value in Indonesia. By helping one another and fostering teamwork, students can strengthen solidarity and create a positive, caring, and supportive school environment.

The flag ceremony concluded with a renewed sense of responsibility and togetherness among students, teachers, and staff. Through meaningful messages and the active participation of the HIJAR PUI Student Board, the event once again demonstrated that the weekly flag ceremony is not merely a routine activity but also a valuable opportunity to instill discipline, leadership, patriotism, and unity in the hearts of every member of MA Putri PUI Majalengka.
